so what do you think is next for spin? Jimmy has kicked him to the curb(with good reason), Paige has moved onto to Mr. O., even Manny won't give him the time of day. I know I've read some spoilers on other forums about his taking revenge on the school with Jay but I'm wondering what you all think.

I used to really like Spinner but he has moments of complete ignorance(turning against Marco at first, his expectation that Paige would put out, etc.).

I dunno.. I think he was trying to do the right thing. Kinda sucks what happened to him. I think everyone is making too big a deal of it. Now it seems like they aren't real friends. I mean, I know he messed up, and I do think he should be expelled, but I think he was trying to do the right thing.. Poor Spinner..

Yeah I agree that he was trying to make it up to Jimmy. I know he really loves him and that it is his best friend but I honestly don't see how he can make things better. Plus you know that high schoolers can be brutal whenever it comes to choosing sides...

i think i still sort of like spinner, because he's sort of dorky with a heart of gold that has some pretty big tarnished spots on it. if anything, his tribulations this season may be the fire he has to walk through in order to become a better person ... i mean, he *has* had moments as a "good guy" despite more obvious moments as a really "bad guy"

true. he did turn around and become one of Marco's biggest advocates. Remember how he really wanted Marco and Dylan together? I thought that was sweet.
And he was pretty cool to Manny, much more so than Craig and his hamhanded "apology" in Bark at the Moon.

Yeah. I think that Spinner maybe doesn't think things through initially, but once he decides to be supportive, he's the MOST supportive. He really is a good friend who just makes poor decisions. I think the punishment from his friends is too much. Oh well.
